Acting Chairman of the Government of Mordovia Vladimir Sidorov held a working meeting with representatives of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (PJSC MMK) and RM Rail, a leading manufacturer of freight rolling stock in Russia.

RM Rail, one of the leading freight rolling stock manufacturers in Russia, and EVRAZ announce that they have entered into five-year agreements for supply of solid wheels and railcar building sections. Railway products manufactured by EVRAZ Nizhny Tagil Steel Plant historically ensure stable operation of Ruzkhimmash JSC (part of RM Rail).

The head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov has paid a working visit to Abakanvagonmash, a part of RM Rail, one of the largest railcar manufacturers in Russia. He made a tour of production lines and had a detailed overview of the plant operations.

Ruzkhimmash JSC, the parent enterprise of RM Rail company, and Mordovia Branch of PJSC Sberbank have launched an environmental program. The large-scale project will involve not only the employees of the plant and the bank, but all residents of Ruzaevsky district willing to contribute to nature conservation.

President of RM Rail Holding Konstantin Danilov met with the head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov. They discussed prospects for expanding Abakanvagomash capacities, creating new jobs, government support for initiatives and plans for advancing competitiveness. In the next two years, the enterprise intends to increase its production capacity 2.5 times, up to 7.5 thousand containers a year.
