The company not only fully meets its own needs for all types of castings, but it also actively expands its supply geography to other customers constantly developing new product types.
Streamlined processes and continuous cost reduction efforts enable us to ensure competitive production costs. Vacuum-film molding technology enables the production of large wagons castings that meet world-class quality standards. We produce castings from various steel and cast iron grades according to GOST 977-88 which do not require vacuum treatment.

RM Rail's foundry complex provides serial production of castings weighing 5 to 500 kg, with dimensional accuracy class no higher than 11T according to GOST R 53464-2009; small-batch production of castings weighing 100 to 300 kg, with dimensional accuracy class no higher than 11–12 according to GOST R 53464-2009; one-off production of castings weighing up to 5 t with dimensions of up to 2,500 mm with dimensional accuracy class no higher than 13 according to GOST R 53464-2009; serial and small-batch production of castings with dimensions of 600x400x400 mm using a single molding mixture, and castings with dimensions of 950x750x400 mm using HTS mixture.

The company also accepts orders for serial production of castings weighing 300 to 1,000 kg with dimensional accuracy class no higher than 10 according to GOST R 53464-2009, and castings with dimensions of 2200x1200x500mm using vacuum-film molding and amine process core production.
