Corporate ethics

The basis of successful teamwork is adherence to common principles and respect of everyone’s interests, therefore our company has developed its Corporate Code of Ethics. It is important to understand that our Code is not a tight framework of standards and laws, but moral, ethical and business freedom, rules of conduct formed in consideration of our corporate values.

The Corporate Code of Ethics identifies approaches helpful in work to be used in relation to colleagues and clients of the company. It’s a set of rules for comfortable conduct of employee professional activities, guidelines for moral choice in controversial situations and cases of ethical uncertainty.

The Code of Ethics consists of generally accepted principles that are easy to follow, because it was created precisely to make the professional environment comfortable for everyone.
