Charity and volunteering
We consider charity and corporate volunteering as an integral part of the Company’s operation, an essential constituent of its social responsibility. For us it is important not only to make products valued throughout the country, but also to do good to our fellowmen - those who work now or used to work in our team, who share our values or need help.
Fundamentals of Charity and Corporate Volunteering Policies
- Relevance: we take into account the specific needs of our social environment and the established traditions of charity. At the same time, we strive to initiate progressive changes in the social environment based on the balance between legacy and innovation;
- Long-term and advanced activities: when implementing projects, we focus not on one-off events, but on projects implemented over a long period of time to foster a higher social impact;
- Volunteering: we are well aware that particular projects, even the most relevant ones, remain ineffective without a broad engagement of our employees – supporters and voluntary assistants sparing no energy and time to help in those efforts.
We support:
- development of social infrastructure in the regions of the Company’s presence;
- the Company’s employees, as well as close members of their families;
- disadvantaged and vulnerable groups;
- education;
- sports and a healthy lifestyle.
