RM Rail Abakanvagonmash produced 100 special purpose containers for OJSC ALROSA, the leading enterprise in the diamond mining industry.

RM Rail Abakanvagonmash specializing in production of general purpose containers as well as 40 and 60-ft fitting platforms manufactured 100 special purpose closed SK-3-VM containers for ALROSA to be used in mining operations for transportation of explosive materials. The containers are characterized by reliability and usability. The maximum gross weight is 12,000 kg; the inner volume is 15.5 cub. m, the inner dimensions: the length — 2,761 mm, the width — 2,340 mm, the height — 2,390 mm; the door opening dimensions: the width — 2,228 mm, the height — 2,282 mm.
