The company has a Talent Pipeline project aimed at identification and professional support of the most capable specialists. They implement individual development plans, challenging projects and, in case of success, get guaranteed job promotion.

Another big program is New Thinking, where graduates of technical universities are invited for an internship.   

The New Thinking project is for you if: 

• you want to gain experience in real production;
• you plan to work in a team of professionals supported by a mentor;

The program is divided into three and nine months; housing is provided during the internship.
