RM Rail launching its housing program

Program participants will be assisted in purchasing housing in the form of compensation for a portion of the cost of the down payment and monthly loan payment during the term of the loan agreement, which shouldn't be longer than 10 years.

There are two options for corporate subsidies, depending on the program under which housing is purchased.

When entering into a mortgage loan agreement under state-supported programs such as Family Mortgage and other programs with reduced interest rates the so-called preferential mortgage, where the company reimburses the employee 50% of the monthly loan payment and 50% of the initial payment.

When concluding a mortgage lending agreement under the programs of Mortgage on Secondary Housing and Mortgage on Country Real Estate and others, the company reimburses the employee 70% of the monthly loan payment and 70% of the initial payment.

To participate in the housing program, applicants must meet certain criteria. These include active participation in business efficiency and leadership projects, achievements and awards, at least 3 years of work experience in the company, the need to improve housing conditions according to the approved standards per each family member. As part of the first stage of the housing program, 42 applications were submitted by Ruzkhimmash and VKM-Steel employees; 29 applications were approved by the commission.

It is noteworthy that participants of the housing program may buy an apartment not only in a new buildings, but also on the secondary housing market. In 2024, tens of millions rubles will be allocated for implementation of the program.

The key goal of RM Rail's corporate housing program is to attract and retain skilled specialists, including those from other regions, young talents, and scarce profession workers.
