RM Rail Rated among Russia's Best Employers

HR brand attractiveness is one of the fundamental directions of the company's development strategy
RM Rail has been included in the employer rankings compiled by RBC Market Research Agency. The results were presented today during the RBC HR Forum.
The study included 206 companies across diverse sectors including manufacturing, construction, telecommunications, finance and insurance, IT, etc. The experts analyzed approximately 30 different performance metrics, including workplace conditions and compensation levels, operational efficiency and innovation, corporate social responsibility, market reputation, and employee satisfaction with their employer.
The final RBC employer rankings are split into three tiers, with RM Rail placed in the third tier alongside companies like Akron, Akros, Moskabelmet, Smart Logistics, OTP Bank and others.
RM Rail consistently ranks among the nation's leading employers. The company maintains ongoing systematic efforts to attract new talent while retaining its existing team members. Its key priorities focus on enhancing employee welfare, ensuring a comfortable and safe workplace environment, and providing opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

"The company has implemented a 20% increase in average wages since early 2024. In addition to RM Rail's comprehensive benefits package which already includes free hot meals, healthcare coverage, wellness resort treatments, performance-based rewards and other perks. Several other significant support initiatives have been introduced this year.
In particular, a corporate housing program has been implemented for employees at key Company assets: Ruzkhimmash and VKM-Stal enterprises. The corporate university began operations alongside the opening of two new training centers. Investment projects aimed at workplace safety and enhancing working conditions are currently underway. This year, the Company Loyalty Award, offering monetary recognition to employees celebrating their 3rd, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and subsequent work anniversaries with the company was established.
All these factors combined contribute to higher employee satisfaction, increased loyalty, better alignment with business values, and stronger motivation for effective performance.
