RM Rail Brings Friends Together to Celebrate Company Day and Machine Builder's Day
RM Rail celebrated Company Day and Machine Builder's Day. The gala evening was attended by Artem Zdunov, Head of the Republic of Mordovia; Vladimir Chibirkin, Chairman of the State Assembly of Mordovia; Maxim Tevs, CEO of RM Rail; and others.
The company's facilities are consistently working to meet their production targets. An R&D program is underway aimed at developing proprietary critical technologies and building an intellectual property portfolio. Products for various industrial sectors have been introduced to the market. An entire series of products has been certified, including a gondola car for industrial-grade chips, a flat car for large-capacity containers, and others. The implementation of comprehensive projects aimed at end-to-end automation of production and management processes is ongoing. Every stage of product creation is becoming digital: from the procurement of raw materials and warehouse logistics to quality control and distribution.
The company is scaling up its expertise in industrial safety. In 2026, at the initiative of RM Rail, a unified industry platform was established in Mordovia to facilitate the exchange of expertise in the field of occupational safety. The quality of the workplace environment is improving: dust extraction and ventilation systems in the workshops have been upgraded, and hazardous conditions and unsafe acts are continuously monitored.
The company is expanding its corporate social programs. As part of this initiative, employee salaries were adjusted twice in 2026. Social support measures such as health resort treatment, medical care, free meals, support for employees' children, a housing program, a discount program, and others remain in effect.
RM Rail is advancing leading HR practices in employee retention and engagement. Key achievements of the year include the Responsible Business Leaders of the Republic of Mordovia award, a Top 10 ranking among the region's best employers for young professionals, and wins in the federal Best in Profession skills competitions. The company participates in the federal Professionalitet project and implements its own programs for staff training and development, support for veteran employees, and career guidance in preschools and schools.
Artem Zdunov, Head of the Republic of Mordovia said:
"I wish all of you continued success, stability, and more positive, creative, and technical ideas – ideas that you have learned to turn into market-ready products at remarkable speed. Thank you for everything you do to support the infrastructure. We are reliable partners in this endeavor."
Maksim Tevs, CEO of RM Rail noted:
"This year, we have been operating at full speed. Behind the impressive figures are dozens of bold decisions made by our team and projects that, until recently, seemed impossible. This includes bringing cutting-edge, high-tech products to market. We have also strengthened our position in our traditional areas of expertise and proven that we are ready to take on extraordinary challenges."
