Head of the Republic of Mordovia Congratulates RM Rail Ruzkhimmash on Its 65th Anniversary

RM Rail is celebrating the 65th anniversary of its key asset – RM Rail Ruzkhimmash. The company's employees were congratulated by Head of the Republic of Mordovia Artem Zdunov. During the working meeting with Maxim Tevs, CEO of RM Rail, the parties discussed several investment projects and plans to modernize production facilities. 

"RM Rail is a source of industrial pride not only for Mordovia, but for the entire country. Despite the challenging conditions facing the industry and the railcar manufacturing market, the company continues to operate steadily, maintaining its leading position while pursuing a forward-looking corporate policy and continuously expanding its employee support programs," said Artem Zdunov.

The enterprise has grown from a manufacturer of petrochemical equipment into a modern high-tech production complex and a driving force behind an integrated holding. In 2025, the company produced approximately 12,000 units of rolling stock, accounting for 22% of the Russian railcar manufacturing market.

Its workforce exceeds 3,600 employees. A range of corporate programs supports employees in their professional development and career advancement. The company participates in the federal Professionalitet project. The machine-building cluster is the only one of its kind in Russia where training workshops are located directly on the plant premises and are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery identical to that used in actual production operations.

It is important that RM Rail Ruzkhimmash, like the company's other enterprises, implements a broad range of social support measures. The scope of the corporate housing program has been expanded, and payments have been introduced for the birth of a second child, a third child, and subsequent children – RUB 100,000 and RUB 500,000, respectively. The company also provides compensation for kindergarten fees for employees with preschool-age children, as well as comprehensive health screenings.
