The RM Rail Company took part in the international railway trade fair InnoTrans-2018

The RM Rail Company took part in the international railway trade fair of transport technology and transport systems InnoTrans-2018 (Berlin), where she presented the latest developments in the field of freight car manufacturing.

At the international exhibition InnoTrans-2018 the RM Rail experts worked in the united exposition of the Russian Export Center. The company presented the latest developments in the field of freight car manufacturing. In particular, the visitors were shown the first aluminum bodied hopper car in Russia.

Alloy 1565ch refers to the welded alloys of the AL-Mag system and is a multifunctional material that offering an optimal combination of strength, ductility and special characteristics, depending on the field of its application. It was created as a special high-tech raw material for lightly armored combat vehicles.

The efficiency of the model is determined by resistance of the body to corrosive media and the absence of pockets and sharp corners, which prevents caking and hangup of the load.

After the certification of the hopper, the pilot batch was launched for trial run. Upon its completion, it will be possible to talk about a mass transition of users to technics from lightweight materials. This and other novelties of RM Rail have focused on themselves the deep attention of InnoTrans visitors.

RM Rail has the widest model range (over 75 wagon models) in the CIS.

The Engineering Center in the shortest possible time is able to adapt the wagons available in the line to the requirements of the foreign customer and organize their mass production. The dimensions and regulatory requirements of the national legislation of the buyer’s country are taken into account when designing and manufacturing equipment, including AAR and UIC standards.

With the support of the Russian Export Center, RM Rail has extensive experience in structuring export transactions, which allows to offer customers not only high-quality products, but also an optimal scheme of financing and mutual settlements.

The exhibition was held from 18 to 21 September 2018. Participants - world corporations, leaders in the field of railway transport, the largest operators and manufacturers of rolling stock.

The exposition included over 400 innovative developments of the world railway industry, 146 of which are world premieres. Visitors could evaluate 155 vehicles and try them out on a trip.

The review takes place since 1996 every other year.
