RM Rail provides charitable support to Ruzayevsky Central Hospital and Growth Youth Movement

RM Rail has started a charitable assistance program to combat the spread of coronavirus infection. Its first recipients were Ruzayevsky Central District Hospital and Growth Youth Public Organization of Ruzayevsky District.

As part of the first step, the company provided the medical centre with 10 smartphones for immediate communication and 10 rugged protective Tyvek suits. Funds for fuels and lubricants were allocated to the Growth youth organization. Owing to this, volunteers will be able to deliver essential goods to older people and thus support the All-Russian campaign #WeTogether.

At the next step, RM Rail will hand over a new ambulance to Ruzayevsky Hospital. The GAZelle Business model vehicle features off-road capability and is equipped with a complete set of necessary equipment, including lung ventilator, defibrillator and electrocardiograph. This will give the health service an additional opportunity to provide home care to patients with suspected COVID-19.

Additionally, the company will forward to health professionals tonometers, thermometers, bactericidal irradiators, as well as disposable surgical suits, racks, medical carts, refrigerators for medicine storage, etc. The charitable assistance program amounts to about 6 million rubles.

It’s crucial for us that our employees and their families are healthy, so we decided that such kind of assistance is now most needed by the city. It will strengthen doctors’ work in these difficult conditions and help support those who need special care under self-isolation mode.
