Maksim Tevs appointed RM Rail General Director

The lead of RM Rail, a leading freight rolling stock manufacturer in Russia, is taken by Maxim Tevs. In this post, he replaced Vitaly Starikov.

The new head will focus on strengthening RM Rail’s leadership in the rolling stock market, enhancing the company’s technological, engineering and operational competencies.

In his leadership, Maksim Tevs will continue implementation of the investment program, strategic projects for the development of new generation railway vehicles, cryogenic and petrochemical equipment, provision of high-quality products and services to customers.

Maksim Tevs graduated from Cherepovets Higher Military Engineering School of Radio Electronics, finished St. Petersburg University (Finance and Credit). He received extended education at Northumbria University in UK (Executive MBA). Previously, he worked as General Director of JSC NLMK Engineering, held senior positions in Severstal, LocoTech, Roscosmos structures.
