Pavel Ovchinnikov

RM Rail General Director

Named to the post in April 2012.

For more than 11 years, he headed financial and commercial lines in RUSAL structures. Prior to joining RUSAL, his professional experience was related to corporate finance, investment activities, and banking.

He graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. PhD in Economics.
Andrei Gainanov

RM Rail Deputy General Director, Strategy, Marketing, Economics and Finance

Appointed to the position at the beginning of 2019.

He graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a major in Applied Mathematics and Physics, additionally, he is an alumnus of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a major in Finance and Credit.

Over 20 years he worked in the field of finance, has extensive experience in metallurgy, power and utilities, railway engineering, etc.
Alexander Kulikov

RM Rail Deputy General Director, Sales

Appointed Sales Director in September 2012.

His sphere of competence includes market analysis, product strategy formation, product promotion, organization of freight car sales and building long-term relationships with the Company's customers. Over 12 years he worked at RUSAL enterprises, where he was responsible for the development of market channels and product sales.

He graduated from the technical and economic faculties of Karaganda Polytechnic Institute.
Nikolay Denisov

Deputy General Director, New Market Development

Appointed to the position in October 2019.

Since 2013, he was in charge of Petrochemical Products project, and from 2016, he headed the production of Vertical Steel Tanks.

Previously, he held the post of Saransk Dump Truck Plant Manager. For more than 10 years he was in charge of Ruzkhimmash financial and economic unit.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Law of Ogarev Mordovia State University.

Currently, his efforts are focused on developing production of architectural steel structures, equipment made of stainless and specialty steels.
Andrey Danilyuk

Director of Petrochemical Development

Appointed to the position in November 2019.

He began his career with the company from the Unit Equipment Department Head position at Ruzkhimmash. He participated in the start-up of vertical steel tanks manufacture project. Previously he worked at Transneft and Rosneft design institutes.

He earned a degree in Oil and Gas Processing Equipment at Samara State Technical University.
Vladimir Paramonov

Director of Railcar Components Business

Appointed to the position in December 2020.

Previously he worked at Volgograd Aluminum Smelter. He started his career in RM Rail in 2013 as Procurement Department Head of VKM-Steel foundry complex, from 2015 he was Sales Director of the enterprise.

He graduated from Moscow Consumer Cooperative University with a major in Economics and Company Management, he is a member of Presidential Management Training Program, MBA-Production Systems (Moscow State University, Graduate School of Business Administration).
Sergey Solovyev

RM Rail Operations Director

Appointed Operations Director in September 2013.

He is responsible for the organization of manufacturing processes, development of the production system at the Company’s enterprises.

A large part of his professional experience is related to GAZ Group, where he held management positions for more than 18 years. From the post of truck production manager, Sergey Solovyev moved to RUSAL to the position of director of the production system development department.

He graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy with a major in Economics and Production Management. Then he completed the management training program at R.E. Alexeyev State Technical University of Nizhny Novgorod.
Natalya Zheludkova

Procurement Director

She was appointed to the position in July 2017.

Since 2014 she is the Head of UK RM Rail Materials Procurement Department. Earlier, she worked as an economist, leading economist, manager of planning and analysis group at RUSAL Achinsk Alumina Refinery.

She led the logistics department at RUSAL Global Management B.V.

She graduated from St. Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics majoring in Finance and Credit, then completed Production Systems MBA course at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Irina Matrosova

RM Rail HR Director

She was appointed to the position in June 2016.

Her sphere of responsibility includes the implementation of the Company's personnel management strategy.

Previously, she worked as Deputy General Director for Human Resources of the Glavmosstroy Holding Company (Basic Element Group), led HR unit in RUSAL’s Aluminium Division West and other RUSAL enterprises.

She graduated from Khakassian State University with majors in ‘Accounting and Audit’ and ‘Romance and Germanic Philology’.
Irina Chiganashkina

RM Rail Technical Development Director

She was appointed to the position in February 2018.

Previously, she was in a post as Technical Director of the Far Eastern Transport Group, headed Inter Kargo Company CJSC. In RailTransHolding, she led the Technical Development Directorate, was Deputy General Director, Director of the Rolling Stock Repair Division. In ProfLogist LLC she occupied positions of General Director, Deputy General Director.

She graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a major in Railcar Manufacturing and Railway Carriage Facilities, qualification “Mechanical Engineer”.
Yuri Olkhovsky

Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs

Appointed Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs in November 2014.

He is responsible for the legal support of the Company's operations, compliance with corporate governance procedures, manages legal proceedings and contractual work, legal support of projects.

Before that time, he headed the legal department of VKM-Steel, RM Rail foundry division. Previously, he worked in GAZ Group structure.

He graduated from National Research University - Higher School of Economics, Faculty of Law, major in Jurisprudence, Civil Law specialization.
Petr Dolgachev

Resource Protection Director

Petr Dolgachev was appointed Resource Protection Director in April 2012.

His sphere of competence includes protecting the assets and resources of the Company along with coordinating RM Rail business units’ resource protection activities.

For more than 35 years he served in senior positions in the internal affairs bodies, was the Minister of the Interior of the Chuvash Republic, the Republic of Mordovia. Later he headed the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Mordovia.

He graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

He was awarded the Order of Courage, departmental medals.
Valery Larin

Ruzkhimmash General Director

Appointed to the position in September 2012.

Previously, he held senior positions at RUSAL enterprises.

He graduated from engineering faculty of the Siberian Order of Labor Red Banner Metallurgic Institute.
Nikolay Chalov

VKM-Steel General Director

Appointed to the position in October 2014.

Previously he held various managerial positions in SUAL Volgograd Aluminum Smelter subsidiary.

He graduated from Volgograd State Technical University with a major in Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Foundries, Institute of Engineering Economics at Moscow Aviation Institute with a major in Financial Management, Graduate School of Business Administration at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Vladislav Klemin

RM Rail Engineering General Director

Appointed to the position in January 2019.

He started his engineering and design activities at Ruzkhimmash in 1999. He worked as Design Office Bureau Head, Deputy Chief Designer, Head of Advanced Development Planning Department, Deputy Managing Director of the plant.

He graduated from Ogarev Mordovia State University with a major in Mechanical Engineering and Bryansk State University with a major in Railcar Manufacturing.
Maksim Kalinin

Mashzavod General Director

Appointed to the post in June 2019.

He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from the Economics Department of the Institute of Practical Oriental Studies (Moscow), he is also an alumnus of the Institute of Asian and African Countries of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

He received additional education in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Management (MBA, Institute of Business Studies, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration).

His recent position was executive assistant to the head of a multispecialty holding in the field of construction.
