The Head of Mordovia discussed with the RM Rail General Director the results of the year and the plans of the company

Vladimir Volkov, Head of Mordovia, discussed with Pavel Ovchinnikov, General Director of RM Rail, the preliminary results of the company performance in 2018, as well as its production plans for 2019.

Pavel Ovchinnikov informed the Head of the region that this year the production volume of RM Rail would reach 7600 rail cars. The company is provided with orders for the next year, while expanding the export line.

Vladimir Volkov noted the special significance of the export program. “It is necessary to work hard to further develop the export direction. This is a very important challenge facing all republican producers,” he stressed.

The meeting was attended by Vladimir Sushkov, Prime Minister of Mordovia; Vladimir Mazov, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy, Trade and Entrepreneurship and Alexander Sedov, Deputy Prime Minister - Industry, Science and New Technologies Minister.
