RM Rail, one of the largest manufacturers of freight cars in Russia, has renewed the certificate of conformity of the hopper car for transporting hot sinter, pellets and other bulk cargo (model 19-1241). The document complies with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union. In the process of recertification, RM Rail specialists revised the car design - the profile sheathing sheet was replaced with a flat one, which preserves the strength of the body and eliminates the risks associated with a shortage of materials in the market. The model is equipped with a standard bogie of 23.5 tf load, repairable within the entire 1520 gauge region. The upper structure of the hopper is the most effective combination of volume and carrying capacity. Carrying capacity - 69 tons, tare weight, min / max - 24/25 tons, body capacity - 45 cu. m, axial load -23.5 tf, gauge GOST 9238-83 - 1-BM. The unloading mechanism is equipped with a pneumatic actuator. To protect against burnout, the ridge and armor plates of the frame are reinforced.
