President of RM Rail Holding discusses personnel issues with the head of the Republic of Khakassia

President of JSC RM Rail Holding, a leading rolling stock manufacturer in Russia, Konstantin Danilov discussed personnel issues during a meeting with the head of the Republic of Khakassia, Valentin Konovalov.

RM Rail Abakanvagonmash is increasing production volumes, developing new promising areas and planning to expand its staff. The plant intends to attract 200 specialists by the end of this year. In demand are welders, painters, assembly fitters, crane operators, quality control inspectors, repairmen and other professions. Additional training has been organized; applicants are offered competitive wages.

Support by the authorities is crucial in solving personnel issues The parties discussed arrangement of transportation and residence of the recruited personnel.

Konstantin Danilov, President of RM Rail Holding:

- We really have reliance in the authorities’ assistance, and we already see solutions that will not only help find people, but also improve their working conditions.

Valentin Konovalov, Head of the Republic of Khakassia:

- It was decided to extend Abakan bus route No. 9 to a stop near Abakanvagonmash, and next year introduce another bus route in the said direction. The Government of Khakassia will assist the enterprise in personal recruitment from among citizens registered with the employment service.
