Description
The lightweight construction of the platform provides a significant reduction in the tare weight of the tank, increasing the load capacity by 3 tons and usable volume by 12.5 m3 versus competing counterparts.
The reinforcing rings made it possible to use a thinner material and lighten the construction of the barrel.
The tank car has the drain device with selectable number of layers of protection. Such railway vehicles meet international requirements for safe carriage of dangerous goods. Operational safety is increased through the installation of intermediate gate valve (third layer of protection) which construction is similar to the top valve. In competitor’s drain devices the gate valve has no seal wear compensation.
