Description

Design features enable transportation of the widest possible list of products, which significantly reduces empty mileage. The tank car is suitable for transportation of benzene, xylene (ortho-, meta-, para-), toluene, paraxylene, industrial alcohols, ethylbenzene, MTBE, ethers, linear alkylbenzene, solvent, aromatic hydrocarbon fractions, etc. The list of transported cargoes can be extended with the use of innovative 25 tf bogie.

Proprietary drain device with three layers of protection and an intermediate gate valve. In-service wear of the valve gasket is compensated by additional sealing pressure, which significantly increases the gasket service life versus a conventional gate.

Steam heating jacket used in the design enables transportation of high viscosity petroleum products.
